Refund & Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at refund@tdpajamas.com.
If your return is accepted, we will follow up with detailed instructions on how and where to mail back your package. Please visit your nearest post office and proceed with yours return (PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Package issues (PLEASE READ)
Our company will not be held responsible for any packages that are marked as delivered according to the tracking information (USPS) but are reported as not received by the customer.
Once the tracking system indicates that a package has been delivered to the specified address, it is considered fulfilled by our delivery obligations. In such cases, we can help customers to file a claim or request an investigation with USPS, which can be a time-consuming process (please be patient). Customers are advised to ensure that the delivery location is secure and to contact the carrier directly for any discrepancies or issues regarding the final delivery status.

Please note that all items purchased at a markdown price, clearance, or marked as SALE are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

All PRE-ORDER Áo Dài and Temple Sets (Đồ Lam / Pháp Phục) are made based on the size and order details selected by the customer.
Because these items are specially prepared and cannot be resold as regular inventory, they are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take 4-8 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
